Don was born an entrepreneur in Independence, MO and has been involved with several start-up companies over the years. He is the founder of Bio Cleaning Services of America, Inc which is the first company in the United States dedicated to offering ‘Crime and Trauma Cleaning’ services. The company was founded in 1993 and won The Most Entrepreneurial Award in 1998 from Excellence in Business Awards by the Small Business Development Centers of Missouri.  The company also won The Berg Award in 2000 from a national trade association for ‘Building the Bridges of Communication’ for founding, editing and publishing its newsletters.

Don also owns MAC Enterprises, Inc. which is now the parent company for Distinctive Carpet Care and Don McNulty Seminars. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Society of Cleaning and Restoration Technicians, which is the only national trade association for those industries and is the head of the Biohazard Division. He is a published author writing many technical articles for the cleaning and management industry and other items of his interest for more than thirty years.

Don has been an inventor for many years and had performed product development ideas for various companies with two of his ideas producing patents. He has only pursued developing his own product ideas since 2006 and now has one licensed patent pending. As a public speaker, trainer and business consultant Don loves to be involved in helping other people reach their own potential.
